Expansion is a fundamental condition of existence. Like the universe, the body is in constant motion - enlarging, dissolving, recalibrating according to its own internal rhythms. At every second, countless cells are generated and destroyed; chemical, physical, energetic, and emotional processes unfold simultaneously. The body functions as a living cosmos, storing and circulating force.
When intensity remains unexpressed, it settles into density. Emotional pressure consolidates into memory, tension, and weight. But finally, compression gives way to release. What was once contained begins to return, expand and flourish.
